Joseph Stroup
Owner
My name is Joe Stroup, owner of Salty Breeze Property Improvements. I have dedicated my career to the construction industry, bringing more than 20 years of hands-on experience to every project. I began my career as a drywaller and, over the years, expanded my knowledge by mastering multiple trades while working in residential construction and home remodeling.
In 2015, my wife and I relocated from Michigan to Satellite Beach, Florida, to raise our son in the coastal community we had always dreamed of. We quickly fell in love with the warm weather, palm trees, and the ocean breeze. Coming from Michigan, we've always enjoyed the water, but Florida allows us to enjoy boating and the outdoors all year long.
After moving to Florida, I worked as an independent contractor for a real estate investor, remodeling homes from top to bottom. My work included complete interior renovations, exterior improvements, and property enhancements, giving me extensive experience in every aspect of residential home improvement.
In 2025, my wife and I took the next step by establishing Salty Breeze Property Improvements, LLC. Our goal was simple: to provide homeowners with dependable, high-quality craftsmanship and honest service from a company that truly cares about its customers.
Today, Salty Breeze Property Improvements offers a full range of home improvement services for your home's interior, exterior, and surrounding property. Whether it's a small repair, a complete renovation, or property improvements, we are committed to handling every project from start to finish with professionalism and attention to detail.
As a family-owned and operated business, each of us plays an important role. My wife manages the administrative side of the company, ensuring our licensing, insurance, and compliance remain current. She also oversees scheduling, invoicing, billing, deposits, payments, our website, and our social media presence. I personally answer customer calls, meet with homeowners, prepare estimates, and remain present on every job site, completing the majority of the work myself. Our son manages our lawn care and landscaping services, making Salty Breeze a true family business.
When projects require specialized trades, we work alongside trusted, licensed electricians and plumbers to ensure every job is completed safely and to the highest standards.

Chenille Stroup

My name is Chenille Stroup, and I am the co-owner of Salty Breeze Property Improvements. I was born and raised in Michigan, where I met my husband while we were in high school. After attending college and beginning our life together, we welcomed our son, Brayln, and I built a successful career in retail management.
In 2015, my husband and I relocated our family from Michigan to Satellite Beach, Florida, to raise our son in the coastal community we had always dreamed of calling home. We quickly embraced the Florida lifestyle, enjoying the year-round sunshine, palm trees, ocean breeze, and endless opportunities to spend time on the water.
After moving to Florida, I began my career with Mondelez International, Nabisco Biscuit Division, as a part-time merchandiser. Through dedication and hard work, I earned five promotions over the course of ten years, ultimately serving as a Retail Territory Manager. In that role, I managed 25 retail locations and led a team of 10 employees, gaining valuable experience in leadership, operations, customer service, and business management.
In 2025, after careful consideration, my husband and I made the decision to pursue our dream of building a family-owned business. Together, we founded Salty Breeze Property Improvements, LLC with a simple mission: to provide homeowners with dependable service, exceptional craftsmanship, and honest, reliable professionals they can trust.
Today, Salty Breeze Property Improvements offers comprehensive home improvement services for the interior, exterior, and surrounding property of your home. Whether it's a minor repair, a complete renovation, or property enhancements, we are committed to delivering quality workmanship and outstanding customer service from start to finish.
As a family-owned and operated company, each member of our family plays an important role in our success. I oversee the administrative operations of the business, ensuring our licensing, insurance, and compliance remain current while managing scheduling, invoicing, billing, customer communications, website management, and our social media presence. My husband serves as the primary estimator and project manager, meeting with homeowners, preparing estimates, and personally overseeing and completing the majority of our projects. Our son proudly manages our lawn care and landscaping division, making Salty Breeze Property Improvements a true family business.

Brayln Stroup
Lawncare and Landscaping Manager
My name is Brayln Stroup, and I was born in Grand Rapids, Michigan, in 2009. At the age of six, my family relocated to Satellite Beach, Florida, where I began first grade and took on my very first landscaping job.
That first opportunity came when a couple in Outdoor Resorts of America (ORA), where my grandparents lived, hired me to care for their property while they were away for the summer. My responsibilities included pulling weeds, and I earned just $1 per day. What started as a small summer job quickly grew into a year-round commitment, eventually leading to additional properties and more responsibilities.
Today, I am an incoming high school junior at Melbourne High School, where I maintain a 4.10 GPA while also dual-enrolling at Eastern Florida State College. I am a dedicated student-athlete, competing in both football and tennis, and I train year-round with the goal of earning a full football scholarship to play at the collegiate level.
Over the years, I have built extensive experience in lawn care and landscaping. I currently manage the maintenance of 45 properties within Outdoor Resorts of America, providing services that include weed control, hedge and bush trimming, and property cleanup. In addition, I have completed numerous landscaping projects involving tree removal, sod removal and installation, landscape edging, mulch, decorative rock, and other landscape improvements.
With a more flexible class schedule and increased availability, I have expanded my services by managing the Lawn Care and Landscaping Division of Salty Breeze Property Improvements. My goal is to provide dependable, high-quality lawn care and landscaping services to homeowners throughout our community while continuing to build a business founded on hard work, reliability, and attention to detail.
I take pride in every property I maintain and believe that every customer deserves professional service, honest communication, and results they can be proud of. I look forward to helping you create and maintain an outdoor space you'll enjoy for years to come.
